Jenn Laskey of RedLight Special Events & Promotions, is a USC alumni with a degree in communication and theater. She has staked her claim in the LA event and nightlife scene. She also achieved much notoriety for her artistic vision through the invention of the BodyRock Friday night event (2005- 2006) at club Ivar, which is a fusion of the Hollywood club scene, and the artistic worlds of music, fashion, dance and live art/ gallery exhibitions.
Laskey is rightfully deemed “L.A.’s key to nightlife.” RedLight is a full service event planning and production company, and also handles creative marketing and event PR, specializing in nightlife and artist marketing and promotions.
Some of her current event planning and creative marketing clients include, Cristophe Salon Beverly Hills with the famed Beauty Mix events, Laurence Michael’s Salon, Royal Order Jewelry, Interscope, Geffen, A&M Records, & New Wave Entertainment. Jenn has booked and coordinated events at most major clubs and bars in Hollywood as well as many creative spaces such as lofts, warehouses, rooftops, and other unique venues, creating her niche as the creative and artistic event extraordinaire.
Jenn also has a flair for planning and coordinating unique and artistic weddings! Some of her most notable events include, Mary J Blige’s “Love & Life” Record Release Party, Nelly Furtado’s “Loose” record release party, Miramax & Bravo’s “Project Greenlight Premiere Party”, Se7en Magazine’s Red Carpet Cancer Benefit and fashion show, Nike’s LA Rockstar Wrap Party, Enyce’s fashion week show and after party fall 2005, and Enyce’s Grammy party 2006, LuxuryFashion and actress Fairuza Balk’s 2006 Red Carpet Oscar Event, Gridlock New Years Eve 2007 featuring the Killers at Paramount Studios, Royal Order Jewelry’s grand opening event, & the red carpet feature film premiere of Lionsgate/ After Dark Films’ “Captivity”.
