We help you see your ideas through to completion, making sure nothing gets overlooked and helping along the way. We will work with you through the entire process, up to and including the day of your big event.
BUDGETING ASSISTANCE
We will work with you to keep track of money spent and keep you on target with your budget. We will offer our professional advice and expertise in order to save you money.
REHEARSAL ASSISTANCE
We will meet with your family and bridal party beforehand, so as to get everyone in tune with the event. We will then orchestrate your rehearsal according to your direction, managing all parties and events involved.
REHEARSAL DINNER
We will assist with selecting the venue that is right for you. We can attend and orchestrate this event if desired, helping to manage all parties involved. Any to all details of the event can be handled by us, depending on your preferences.
WEDDING/EVENT TIMELINE
We will create a customized timeline, detailing all major milestones and smaller ones, leading up to your event. We will keep you on track with your deadlines and ensure that everything gets done in a timely and professional manner.
INVITATIONS, ETC.
We will help you in selecting invitations that reflect your events style and complement your ideas and tastes. We can also assist with selecting and mailing/addressing items including invitations, save the dates, programs, menus, place cards, seating charts, gift bags, bridal party items and favors.
DAY OF EVENT
If you would just like us there to oversee and direct the event that you have planned, we are happy to offer our services.
