Sometimes a bride will prefer to do much of the groundwork herself (such as selecting a reception hall, ordering the cake and flowers, and auditioning the band or DJ), then will ask for the coordination of all the services and on sight management during the reception.
Other times a busy bride will want to turn over all or many of the task, limiting her involvement to approving the choices presented to her and signing checks for the deposits.
For this reason YDWP offers five packages with varying levels of service. The idea is to provide the bride with the amount of help she needs at the time she needs it to execute her dream wedding.
We offer the full- service package: Wedding planning and event supervision beginning to end; the rehearsal and wedding day package: On- sight coordination and execution; the planning package: Budgets, spreadsheets, vendor recommendations, and other details; the party package: Planning and coordinating of all social events including; engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and bachelor and bachelorette parties; and the wedding day only package: Full or day supervision of wedding party festivities and vendors.

Full service package- Cost: 15 percent of total wedding budget.
Rehearsal/ Wedding day package- Cost: 10 percent of total wedding budget.
Planning package- Cost: $150 flat.
Party package- Cost: $500 flat.
Wedding day only package- Cost $15 per hour per person needed. (Recommended 1 person per 25 guest) |
