I am very proud to introduce to you, You're Invited, a completely "turn-key" event marketing company. We include everything from The Invitations, The List, The Catering, The Gifts, The Party Rental Equipment, The Necessary Staffing, The Photography, The "Live" Entertainment/MC, The Thank You Notes after the event and last but certainly not least The Public Relations for the event, because after all, if no one knows about your event; it's a non-event!
You're Invited has witnessed first-hand the success of V.I.P. Receptions, Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Events and the "Launch" events of the Jaguar "XF" and the Lincoln "MKS" in 2008. As a company, we launched the "XF" with the majority of Jaguar Dealers along side Mr. Burke Johnson, Market Manager for Florida of Jaguar Cars USA, where at our kick off event for South Florida held at Alpine Jaguar in Fort Lauderdale, they took 21 "pre-orders" for the new XF the evening of the event. placing FLM Region 2nd in The Country. One of our most recent success stories, however, is the Grand Opening of Treasure Coast Lexus in Fort Pierce, where 476 guests registered at the VIP desk for the formal Grand Opening Gala on December 11, 2008 from 5 to 8 p.m., of which Mr. Funo; President of Toyota/Lexus was present and gave a moving speech which later made the top story on the local news stations. We not only produce the event and coordinate all the necessary elements for the event, but we also assure that proper coverage by the press will occur, as well as, coordinate with local dignitary's schedules for their attendance.
