Parasol Events is a wedding and event planning company comprised of a group of wedding planners, consultants and coordinators who live in Hawaii and have a passion for working with brides and grooms. Our clients come to us for their Hawaiian Island events because they desire a stress-free, elegant, tropical wedding ceremony and reception.
Since 2004 we have successfully planned and coordinated destination weddings and events for couples locally, and across North America including Canada, West Coast and East Coast cities and cities in between. Internationally we have provided wedding and event planning services to clients from countries as wide ranging as Japan, England, China, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
Parasol Events' mission is to utilize our years of wedding and event planning knowledge and expertise to ensure our clients' events are positive experiences that occur seamlessly and memorably.
We understand the challenges that are unique to destination weddings and events. Parasol Events uses many resources and tools to bridge the gap created by distance. By working in partnership with our brides and grooms, our wedding planners coordinate meaningful ceremonies and elegant tropical receptions in Hawaii that promote celebration and reflect a couple's unique style and requirements. Our wedding consultants maximize the excitement of venue option evaluation; vendor selection, timeline development and event design as planners guide our couples through the intricacies of destination wedding planning. Ultimately Parasol Events wants to ensure that our brides and grooms enjoy their once in a lifetime experience free of stress and filled with joy.
