We are not connected with the Roman Church but are a branch of the churches of Germany and Utrecht Holland. We are still part of the One Holy and Apostolic Church. St. Francis is within the perview of the Independent Old Catholic Church of America, Diocese of Louisville Ky. Located in Bowling Green, Ky. We haveno physical Church. As a Mission Wedding, Funeral, Baptism and Police Chaplaincy are our current mission. Our Church ordains both Male and Female as Priests.

Divorced Catholics and Baptized Christians are welcome. We do not perform same sex marriages.
