Experience: Tom Armstrong has been a District Judge since 1981. He has performed over 2500 weddings at locations throughout the Metro Area and beyond.
Locations: ceremonies can be performed at the site you select: reception sites, parks, homes, restaurants, festivals, etc., or after hours and weekends at the Washington County Courthouse in Stillwater.
Fee: the standard fee is $250.00. Weddings outside the metro area would be higher depending on the distance.
Sample ceremonies: twenty pages of sample ceremonies are available by mail or e-mail. The samples include vows, ring exchanges, unity candle lighting, readings, benedictions, remembrances, presentation of roses, recognition of children, etc., along with eight sample ceremonies.
Your ceremony your way: Tom Armstrong assists you in preparing a ceremony of your choice. Add your own material and cut and paste from the samples or other sources. Write your own vows, involve friends and relatives as readers, include your family and other traditions.
