We have three primary goals with every event that we plan:
(1) The event must be valuable and exciting to the attendees;
(2) We must stay within (or under) our budget; and
(3) Everything must run SMOOTH!
We don't want you, the meeting or event host, to be worrying about last minute details or those inevitable crises. That's our job! We have the capability to make those last minute changes in registrations, speakers, food, travel plans or events. So sit back and relax, we'll make sure everything proceeds from start to finish smoothly and successfully.
The Event -
At Meetings Northwest, the client dictates exactly the involvement and control that they want to have for each event. Do you want to handle mailings, but have us prepare graphics? Do you already have speakers in mind, but need help setting up the agenda? We will tailor our services to meet your needs. Our cooperative attitude will bring new flexibility to your event solutions.
