In 2003, Blue Water Spa opened in Raleigh, North Carolina. The spa is owned by Kile Law and her husband, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Law. Since opening, Blue Water Spa has been voted best day spa in the Triangle area and was voted one of the top four medical spas in America 2005 by American Spa Magazine.
