Vendor Negotiations- Catering, Floral Design, Photography, Music, Videography, Transportation, lodging, centerpieces, linens, tents, travel arrangements. We set up appointments and interviews to decide the best fit for you. We will recommend only the best vendors that will provide the quality you deserve.
Venue Research & Coordination- Let us coordinate your event date with the venue of your choice based on an extensive list in and outside of Lincoln.
Financial Management- we will assist you in establishing a budget for your event. We provide financial advice to keep your event on track.
Timeline & Logistics- Before and during your event, detailed itineraries and procedures insure that entertainment, caterers and most importantly, guests are not forgotten.
Event Design- From invitations to decor, we can help you achieve the look and ambience that you desire.
Trouble Shooting- No need to worry when you have Favor Events working behind the scenes. You should be left to enjoy your party and your guests.
Hospitality Coordinating- We can arrange hotel guests accommodations (room blocking) and activities. We can also provide maps, directions, and itineraries for your guests.
Follow Up Consultations- We want to make sure that we are always on the same page. Communication and organization is what we do best. We will always keep you updated with current information; when and where we are in the process or our time line.
Rental Coordination- From the Linens to China to a custom built stage, let us coordinate the details for delivery and pick up.
