We will suggest or locate the venue, contact and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan the design and aesthetics of the event, as well as orchestrate all of the “details” of your special day.
We will help you create and manage a realistic budget, arrange transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and gift bags for out - of - town guests, as well as track invitations and create seating charts to meet all of your organizational needs. From start to finish, we work with our clients to create an event that is reflective of their style and truly memorable.
