Henna (Lawsonia Inermis) is a tea-like bush from which a thick paste is made using all-natural ingredients. The paste is then applied to the skin with small tubes, not unlike icing a cake! After a beautiful design has been applied, it is sealed with a lemon-sugar glaze, and wrapped with cotton, then covered with a plastic wrap. The longer it is left on the skin in its' cozy warm covering, the darker and longer-lasting your design will become.
