We offer consultations and expert advice on traditions, customs and etiquette. We assist in planning, wedding schemes and design. We do vendor selection if you have found a location, but need assistance with vendors. We provide a preferred vendor list, accompany the bride to the vendor and/ or tastings, negotiate all vendor contracts, and send reminder notices to all vendors.
With our wedding day management, you receive 2 hours of consultations/ planning by phone, fax or e- mail, assistance with wording and selection of invitations. We coordinate the rehearsal and create a wedding day timeline, instruct attendants of their responsibilities, and provide on site coordination and supervision at the ceremony and reception.
With full service wedding coordination, you get unlimited consultations and/ or planning through phone, fax, email or meetings, expert advice on traditions, customs and etiquette. You determine and stay within a budget. We provide a preferred vendors list and wedding guide, assist with wedding schemes and design, accompany the bride to vendors and/ or tastings, negotiate/ review vendor contracts, and send confirmation notices to vendors 2 weeks before the wedding. You get personalized assistance with wording of invitations. We assist with guest list and monitor response cards, create a wedding day timeline, coordinate table cards/ seating arrangements, instruct attendants/ ushers of their responsibilities, provide on- site coordination during the rehearsal, ceremony/ reception, and deliver the cake top and goblets to the bride.
Other services include: customization of wedding packages for your needs, officiant services, henna bridal party, bridal portraits, premarital counseling, newspaper/ engagement announcements, coordinating engagement party, assisting with booking accommodations for out of town guests, unique ceremony and vows, wedding shower for groomsmen, honeymoon, rehearsal dinner/ party, and sending Thank You cards.
