We locate all your resources, i.e: Venues, Vendors, Service Providers, Entertainers/Keynote Speakers, etc. Creation of a Production Manual is available which includes time-line scheduling, diagrams, Bio's on all service providers, directions to venue plus insider tips on management of the show. This assists you with all facets of the load-in, setup, on-site supervision plus break down and load out of the event.
If you would prefer the service of a show manager, we can locate one. You choose which service(s) you want. We can also be valuable to professionals, seasoned planners, who find themselves in some type of emergency and desire assistance procuring just one or only a few resources. We can be plan B, if you desire assistance with specific issues. All of our option(s) are offered on a flat fee basis which allows easier budgeting. Bundled packages are available upon request.
