Like many officiants in the area, I am not bound to a single denomination nor church, in fact - I am not bound to provide any religious services at all as I am a registered event celebrant not just a minister. However, unlike many other officiants I do not like to do things 'by the book' - instead I prefer to bring each couple into the ceremony as much as possible by including them and their lifestyle into the writing process. All of my office consultations are free, and I provide completed scripts BEFORE the ceremony so that you know exactly what is going to be said before the big day, and have the opportunity to add to it.
I also make sure that couples understand how important it is to have a Day Of coordinator if they do not have a wedding planner (please note that a site coordinator is NOT there for the couple, but rather the venue). This allows all of the family and friends to relax and enjoy the day while they know that their plans are being carried out just as they requested. Since I am typically present for both the rehearsal and the ceremony, it is was very natural for me to begin offering these services as a package along with the officiant services.
