We have obtained the American Guild of Court Videographers (AGCV)'s highest level of certification, Certified Court Video Specialist (CCVS), which allows us to provide a high- quality, reliable product.
Our work conforms to U.S. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Section V, Depositions and Discovery, Rule 30, Deposition Upon Oral Examination, specifically as it pertains to the production and use of legal videography in the courtroom both in content and preservation as well as PA Rule 4017.1 Video Depositions and Rule 501 Preservation of Testimony by Videotape Recording to ensure video that is deemed admissible in a court of law.
