We offer an initial meeting with the bride and groom to go over all of your wedding dreams and details. We will answer any questions and provide advice if needed. We can assist with the ordering of rental items if needed.
We will show you photos of examples to help determine your wedding theme and décor if needed. We will provide a list and show examples of recommended vendors, locations and pricing options. We can arrange appointments with vendors, go with you to your vendor appointments to answer questions or provide any advice if needed, and meet with vendors once contracts are in place.
We will create a timeline for your wedding day and distribute it to all of the vendors. We will help with the design of the reception and table arrangements if needed. We meet with the bride and groom two weeks prior to go over final details. We contact vendors three days prior to reconfirm times and locations.
We will ensure that the ceremony site is set up completely and accurately prior to the start time. We make sure the wedding party is not in need of emergency items (which Liz will have on hand). We assist the ushers with seating plans and the handing out of programs.
We work directly with clergy, musicians, photographers, videographers, florists and any other vendors in coordinating ready and start times. We line up all of the family and wedding party for the processional.
We arrive at the reception site at least 3 hours prior to assure the set up is complete and accurate. We place all favors and any other personal items as needed, alphabetize and place seating place cards, arrange table numbers, and set menus.
