Nancy Hoffmann-Allison, owner of Allison's Events, was the founder and President of Hoffmann & Company Catering, a well known full service catering company for 18 years. During her career, Nancy and her staff of planners have designed hundreds of weddings and events. While still involved at a caterer we saw what a huge need there was for event planners and wedding consultants with experience in all phases of the special events industry. It was because of this gap in the industry that we founded Allison's Events.
