Q. Do I pay a deposit?
A. Yes, we require one half the estimated project cost when you book your date.

Q. What happens if I cancel my booking? Will I get my deposit back?
A. Yes, as long as you cancel at least 1 month prior to the booking date. We understand that unexpected events happen but most likely we've had to turn down another bride to shoot your wedding so it's important we know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Q. How do I pay my deposit?
A. You can drop by our studios during normal business hours or drop a check in the mail.

Q. How long does it take after the wedding to see the finished product?
A. In most cases you will have your DVD's in about a week.

Q. Can I choose my own music?
A. Of course!

Q. What kind of cameras do you use? Are they professional?
A. We use JVC GY- HD250u and JVC GY- HD110u professional High Definition Cameras. All of our equipment is top- of- the- line professional gear typically found in television studios and movie production facilities.

Q. Do you own the rights to the finished DVD?
A. No, the production is yours and we retain no ownership, however we may ask to show off your video.
