In Birmingham: Rule of thumb is $300.00 per sideman and $500.00 for leader (Ray Reach).
In the Southeast: $400.00 per sideman plus $700.00 for leader (Ray Reach) plus travel allowance (based on mileage) and hotel accommodations when necessary. |
