We invite you to schedule an initial complimentary meeting with Elaine to discuss your wedding plans and to determine what package best meets your needs or how we can customize our services to better assist you. We are extremely flexible and can provide assistance for every aspect of planning your wedding. There is no charge for this meeting, so feel free to schedule a meeting with Elaine to discuss your wedding needs.
Wedding packages: we can assist you with the planning, direction, and coordination of your wedding or special event to make sure that everything happens in a well managed, relaxed and enjoyable manner so you can focus on the important part of the event and leave the details of making it happen to us.
Options include pre-wedding planning, day of the wedding support and direction, and full service event planning and support. Click on links to get more information on specific services.
We also arrange and coordinate holiday parties, functions, anniversaries, and other special events.
Elegant Weddings by Elaine can also custom tailor our services to meet your particular needs.
Coordination packages can be customized to suit your wedding plans and budget. Each wedding is unique due to the people involved; therefore, the costs and services provided will reflect the need and preferences of the bride and groom.
All final decisions are made by the client; no payments will be made from our consultant to your service providers. All coordination fees are paid by the client in accordance with a signed contract for those services.
