Designer round tables and chairs are currently in the room. Other tables and chairs can be added by request. Recessed lighting, a big screen T.V., bar area and ice machine are in the room. Views overlook the pool and tennis courts. The area has carpet and tile.

November- February off- season $175.00 rental fee for 4 hours.
April- September season $250.00 rental fee for 4 hours.
Each additional hour will be billed at $50.00 per hour.
No charges will apply for one hour set- up before and 1 hour clean- up after event. Use of the ice machine is available and free.
$50.00 deposit is required to secure event date.
