Accommodating from 25 to 250 guests, our Outdoor Living Room is ideal for a small intimate gathering or a large and festive private event and everything in between.

The Outdoor Living Room courtyard offers a unique setting to celebrate your special occasion. Featuring California Sycamore trees, elegant fire pits and outdoor seating, Hotel Casa 425’s courtyard is an ideal venue to celebrate your private event. This spacious and customizable area is ideal for any event up to 250 guests. The Bar & Lounge at Casa 425 shakes things up a bit with a full bar featuring flirty cocktails like the Sex Kitten or not-for-the-faint-of-heart RockStar shooter. Six sets of French Doors open to the courtyard, inviting guests to linger between the outdoor living room and the bar.
