Our Main Room is located on the first-level of the Clubhouse. Upon entering the room thru double- doors you step down into the main area, which has a hardwood floor.
The room is large and rectangular with a floor- to- ceiling fireplace at one end of the floor. Wrapping around it and behind the fireplace is the remainder of the floor, carpeted, and set for seating up to 120 people at tables of four.
There is suspended ceiling lighting that is adjustable. There are three access-doors that lead to an outside veranda that overlooks the edge of our beautiful lake.
Tables can be set up on it for relaxing and viewing the lake while enjoying refreshments.
Access to a full professional- grade kitchen is on one side of the room and closed for safety as well as convenience. These facilities are available for use and are included in your rental fees.
Restrooms are an easy walk from the main room and parking is immediately outside the main entrance to the building.

Proof of Liability Insurance, minimum of $300,000.00 coverage, with Sunnymead Ranch P.C.A. listed as "Additionally insured".

Access for attendees is thru our gate- guarded entrance off of Sunnymead Ranch Parkway.
Loading/unloading access is the same with entry to our building within 20 feet of the front entrance to Clubhouse.
ADA curb parking is 15 feet from entrance to building and ADA-marked stall-parking is a little further.

There is a full-time staff of employees on- site as well as a full- time facilities Manager. The entire staff is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and is committed to making sure your event is a total and complete success. |
