The 120-foot Athena has a Coast Guard stability letter for 250 passengers — presently certified for 150 guests. She can seat 150 for dinner on the upper deck, and has two full bars (one upper and one lower) complete with glassware for 150.

The main salon has 65 feet of leather sofas and a baby grand player piano all decorated in a Greek motif. The main deck also has two large restrooms. The lower level features 4 large restrooms adjacent to a luxurious suite perfect for a bridal dressing room, vip room, or corporate staging area.

The yacht is equipped with a full catering galley, silver chafers, and coffee and tea urns. Service is provided on fine china and linens.
