Catal Restaurant & Uva Bar at Downtown Disney District represents Chef Joachim Splichal's foray into the casual dining arena. The dual concept restaurant features two distinctly different dining experiences under one roof. The downstairs portion of Catal called Uva ("grape" in Spanish) calls to mind the romance of California's picturesque wine region. The outdoor patio and indoor intimate cafe offer guests 40 wines by the glass and a vast menu of tapas featuring an array of flavors.
Catal offers a complete menu inspired by the Mediterranean Rim and made from the freshest ingredients. The menu features a variety of grilled seafood, meats, vegetables, rotisserie chicken, pastas, and salads infused with pungent olive oil, fresh herbs, and fragrant flavors from the South of France, Greece, Italy and the Middle East.
