We offer up to 10,000 sq. ft. of the ground floor, 20’ high ceilings / skylights.
There is a large parking lot available. It can accommodate Equipment / Crew trucks / trailers. The parking is included in the Commercial / Film Rate. For all other rates, parking lot rental charge will apply. Exact rate depends on size of crew and number of vehicles.
