Rec Center Studio is a 7500 sq. foot event space in the heart of Echo Park. This is an amazing space with twenty foot ceilings, skylights, extensive lounge areas, two mezzanines, fireplace, and a roll up cargo door. Along with photo and film shoots, this space is perfect for weddings, receptions, parties, screenings, art shows, fashion shows, video art and performances.
Rec Center offers a full bar, lounge, seating, tables, dance floor, a complete turntable set- up & sound system and a video projection system. We can also provide the catering, bartenders and servers, DJs, and security. There are two unisex bathrooms, private dressing rooms and makeup areas, full kitchen and catering prep areas, coat check space, two wheelchair- accessible exits, and extensive sound proofing. There are two large public parking lots behind the building.
The alley behind the space may also be used to create extra lounge and outdoor smoking areas. Some of our clients include: Stussy, LA Gear, Mazda, Sneaker Pimps, HBO Flight of the Conchords Premiere party, and Cut & Paste.
