The Clubhouse at Sunnymead Ranch is set in the quiet secluded Northeast area of Moreno Valley called Sunnymead Ranch, and is adjacent to our own 32- acre private man- made lake. The lake is stocked year-round with bass, trout, blue- gill and catfish, as well as a variety of water- fowl. Early morning walks around it will give you a peaceful and tranquil glassy- smooth look only disturbed by an occasional fish breaking the surface.
The Clubhouse is a beautiful building that resembles a modernized hunting- lodge. Outside in front there is a Grand Tree surrounded by a low wall of flowers that is the centerpiece of the circular driveway leading to the front entrance.
Inside there is a floor-to-ceiling attractive fireplace that frames one end of a hardwood floor and combines with carpeting to complete the main function areas of the room. Convenient and comfortable tables that seat four each are arranged to accommodate up to 120 people. The entire floor- plan is 'open' and can be easily set up or modified for your particular event.
There is a full kitchen with multiple professional-grade stoves, refrigeration storage, prep tables, washing sinks, and storage closets.
Our large, fully furnished conference room is located on the second floor. It is complete with white board, private side room for storage, and two glass walls which allow for viewing the ground floor level below.
The Clubhouse is ideal for business meetings, workshops, seminars, or any business purpose where you want that "extra touch" in a setting that your group will not long forget.
We also have acres of grassy areas that border the lake, offering incredibly beautiful views of the water that are perfect for relaxing during meeting breaks.
