Annadel 1880 Winery & Garden is located in the heart of the Valley of the Moon in Sonoma County. Occupying 40 acres of vineyards, heirloom rose fields and woodlands, it was originally built in 1880 by Henry Bolle, a German immigrant whose dream helped begin the wine industry of Sonoma Valley.
The center of Annadel’s event space is the courtyard surrounded by rough stone walls several feet thick and over twelve feet high. Roses, grapevines and other flowers cover the walls to make a lush and romantic setting for a wedding ceremony or the perfect place to dance the night away. A huge spreading live oak tree provides shade for guests as they enjoy cocktails outside of the courtyard. Beautifully manicured lawns stretch to the edge of acres of garden roses that scent the al fresco dining area. The property also features a rustic barn which may be incorporated as part of your event.
Paula LeDuc Fine Catering manages this exclusive site and with help from the finest professionals can create a magical evening for your event. Dramatic lighting can be installed to illuminate and outline the courtyard walls and surrounding trees. Floral designers use the heirloom roses for bouquets and centerpieces.
