Bewitching Elegance provides the best possible personalized service to our customers. We pride ourselves on creating works of art that are as unique as the individuals for whom we make them. Since we feel that our products must taste as good as they look, we hand make all of our cakes, fillings, icings, and fondants from scratch, using only the best ingredients. We have spent many hours perfecting our recipes to achieve fabulous flavors that you will savor. We also specialize in vegan and gluten free wedding and special event cakes.
Owner and designer Diane Rinella is the sole person who will work on your piece of art. When you work with her, you are working with an artist who will focus all of her efforts on the piece for which she is commissioned. Because of this, we limit our focus to weddings and other large events where the cake will be a focal point of the decor and will contribute to the atmosphere.
