Sonya Hong, owner and pastry chef, founded Butterfly Cakes with the goal of creating wedding cakes with both great style and taste. "I wanted to do away with the typical bland, dry cake cluttered with swags and ruffles, and instead create cakes with contemporary, streamlined designs that are also very delicious.
