We are a catering company specializing in tropical food and drinks but expanding to create menus suitable for an office luncheon or wedding recption.
We pride ourselves in bringing delicious, generously proportioned food to every event at a reasonable cost.
We have two basic menu packages:
Appetizer menu for $15 per person includes:
* Coconut prawns
* Fresh fruit kebobs
* Hot wings
* Egg rolls
* Sweet and spicy ribbettes
* Teriyaki steak skewers
* Ginger marinated chicken skewers
Dinner Menu for $25 per person includes:
* Two of the above appetizers
* Your choice of garden salad served with champagne vinaigrette or ceasar salad
* Your choice of two entrees from the following list:
Seared ahi tuna
Tropical chicken
Teriyaki steak
Kahlua pig
Hawaiian style beef shortribs
* Pineappple upside down cake for dessert
We can also provide flowers, leis and work with a number of entertainment groups from steel drum players to Hawaiian dance troups.

Beyond our two basic packages we can create custom menus to fit your event. In the past we have catered everything from outdoor barbeques to a prime rib, table service dinner for 500. |
