For our menus, Audrey insists on using only the highest quality ingredients. Farm fresh produce, choice beef, and minimally processed chicken and fish. With over 30 years experience, our kitchen staff, overseen by Audrey herself, is directed by an award winning graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
