I have 15 years experience as a chef, wine chef, culinary instructor and caterer. There are no set menus. Each event is customized to fit the taste, style, theme and budget of the host.
In addition to catering I prepare and deliver gourmet meals right to your refrigerator. For busy families and anyone who holds down a full time job, saving you the time and effort to menu plan, shop, cook and clean up the pots and pans.
If you are interested in learning to cook for yourself I have 7 years experience as a culinary instructor and can teach you to cook the food you like to eat using your equipment and you even get to eat your homework!
