Geno's West Coast Style BBQ is a style I discovered when I stumbled on my sauce in 1985. You taste your food without being overpowered by wood or sauce. Enjoy the natural flavor of slow smoked pulled pork, USDA tri tip steak, chicken and ribs, 1/3 to 1/2 pound burgers with over 10 sides to choose from like our famous beans. |
