When Greg & Adeline first decided to start MAISON Catering, they envisioned a company that would stand out from all of the others. Maison differs in several ways.
First, the freshness of the food speaks for itself. Everything is prepared on location at your event with local and organic, sustainable ingredients. Food is not prepared at a separate location and transported to your event like most caterers do. Our culinary staff has an extensive background in high end restaurants from around the country and abroad. For that reason, our catered food is always held to a higher standard.
Second, MAISON Catering enjoys expressing their consideration for environmental concerns by offering GREEN (environmentally conscious) catering services.
From farming and harvesting practices to the use of biodegradable products, MAISON Catering genuinely cares about the environment and their impact upon it. Greg and Adeline have brought their extensive restaurant experience to the catering industry, promising their clients and guests high end restaurant-quality food, focusing on seasonal, local ingredients. They describe their food as "True California Fusion", which they define as the use of flavors from around the world, incorporating the freshest seafood, meats, and seasonal local produce that California has to offer to create clean flavors and unforgettable dishes.
