We have custom menus designed with personal attention and an emphasis on quality ingredients. Cooking and preparation are done on- site, with minimum possible use of sterno, reheating, and holding hot foods for long periods.
Sushi and spring rolls are rolled in front of your guests. We like to open the cooking process to you and your guests, for entertainment and to show our high standards. We are chef owned and operated. Our food is of the highest quality, but competitive in price with mid- priced caterers.
