Whole Pig Roast cooked on location. Our recipe and method of roasting our pigs are second to none. Our pigs are selected FRESH for every event. An 85 lb. pig with sides will feed 70-100 people.
We use FRESH BERKSHIRE pigs for roasting. The Bershire pig is one of the most popular but known best for it's sweet meaty well marbled meat that makes it great tasting when roasted.
The pig is roasted to perfection, 38 years experience, the meat is like eating Mexican carnitas without the frying oil process, The chicharron is crackling crisp, along with chiles, salsas, tortillas etc. A must have party in a lifetime to experience.
