Some of our most spectacular dishes this season are bacon-wrapped halibut with oven-roasted grape tomatoes over tri-color couscous. French onion soup served in a puff pastry, wrapped roasted onion with red wine and fresh thyme. Mixed organic greens, sugared macadamia nuts, toasted coconut, and carrots with a lemongrass-lime vinagrette.
