Baerresen Meeting Rooms
The Baerresen Meeting Rooms were originally used by the Colorado Shriners for dining, small meetings, events and one room housed their library and reading room. The meeting rooms are on the main level of the Sherman Street Event Center and feature dark wood paneling and hand-painted ceilings. Quotes are scripted at the top of the walls and seem to imply that the spirit and intent of these rooms was camaraderie, education and thought.
The original use of The Baerresen Meeting Rooms still holds true for today's events. Small, intimate social events, corporate meetings and educational seminars are suitable for the event space.

The Baerresen Meeting Rooms Rental Fee ranges from $600 to $1,000 and includes eight hours total time: 2 hours setup, 5 hour event time and 1 hour for breakdown. Security and cleaning are additional. The meeting rooms are rented empty however we have affordable rentals for most every need.
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required.
