The Conservatory is not an ordinary banquet room, its unique and unlike any other ballroom with its walls of glass opening out onto the rolling lawn and courtyard framed by purple lilacs and ancient 150 year old apple trees, a large patio, pergola and stunning views of the majestic Pike’s Peak. The room is complete within itself providing complete privacy, a large bar to service all of your beverage needs, fireplace, dance floor and space suitable for 250 guests to dine in comfort or 450 people in a theater style seating arrangement.

There usually are no fees associated with events, all costs are based on the food and beverage ordered, and deposits are based upon 40% of the estimated total cost of the event.
