Overlooking the Dakota Ridge and sitting along beautiful Deer Creek Golf Course, the Terrace Gardens Ken Caryl location is the largest and newest event facility in the southwest metro area. Over 11,000 square feet of indoor ballroom that is divisible into spaces as small as 3200 square feet.
Each of the two ballrooms is entered through its own beautiful garden area, and the entire facility features a 180' long porch along the west side of the building allowing the best use of the wonderful views.
This is not your typical hotel ballroom: residential features include fireplaces in each room, residential doors and windows, and beautiful millwork.
Just two minutes from C-470 and Ken Caryl Ave, the Terrace Gardens at Ken Caryl is convenient to the entire southwest area, while being only 30 minutes from downtown Denver.

Fees vary by the season, starting at $900 in low season to $1375 in high season. Fees are the same no matter what day of the week you select. Deposit ranges from $1000 to $2000 depending upon the night of the week.
