Owners Christine and Edward Neiman have brought their talents to the Denver and Foothills area with much excitement and proven abilities.
Chef Neiman has over 25 years experience in the culinary arts, from a position as Chef Instructor at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island to the past twelve years as the Executive Chef at the tony Maidstone Club in New York’s Hamptons on Long Island. It was there that he led a large brigade of chefs servicing the socialites and celebrities of New York for their special celebrations.
The many notables at Chef Neiman’s table have included Prince Andrew of England, Paul McCartney, Dina Merill, Cliff Robertson, the families of Chevy and Janie Chase, Meryl Streep, William Simon, Gwenyth Paltrow, Martha Stewart and the Howard Dean Family, to name a few.
