In a nutshell, how a typical Catering from us works is: 3 choices of our 5 Meats, 3 Choices of our Sides, Bread & Butter, All 4 of our Signature Handmade BBQ Sauces. We provide drop-off/setup and Full Service options. Very Casual to Black Tie atmospheres. Our Full Service option includes a Carving Station, on site, at any event. We have 3 different Desserts and Beverage options that can accompany any Catering, as well. But, that's just the very basic idea. We will "cater" to any specific customization of our menu & services.
Our food can be purchased in bulk & pounds, as well, if the guests/clients would like to create their own spread. Our Catering Services range from $9.00-$10.50 per person. There are other options, however, below and above that average price range. We want to work with you and your guests, not against, especially in these rougher times, to provide huge value, memorble events, at negotiable costs. We can cater up to 3,000 people at any venue and/or outdoors. Our little gimmick? We absolutely can offer the full-service, 50lb Pig Roast. Complete with the mouth full of apple and a fun pair of sunglasses, for giggles. We are a fun, laid-back team that honestly enjoys what we do! My personal background in many genres of the Catering & Special Events industry adds enormous value to every design and service you can think of.
