The Take is a 5 piece band for hire serving Connecticut and the greater New York Metro area. Available for weddings, parties, corporate events and other special occasions we offer a mixture of dance, funk, disco, R&B, soul, rock and jazz standards.
We are a full service band offering the complete package from interactive website, full sound system (including intermission music), lighting (upon request), master of ceremonies (upon request) and promotional material. We perform anywhere from 1 to 4 hours as part of our standard and reasonable fees, with modest breaks that don’t interrupt the flow of the event. The sets are arranged to fit the moment, mood and schedule of your event, whether it be a cocktail hour, buffet / served dinner or even an outdoor party.
