Cuisine by Bleu is a full- service caterer. We offer all types of catering for corporate entertaining, social events, galas and fundraisers, and business breakfast/ luncheons.
Our event coordinators are skilled in culinary arts, meeting planning and menu development. Whether the event is a formal French cuisine dinner, a casual client lunch meeting, an authentic Southern- style barbecue, or a fundraiser for thousands of guests, we have the experience to efficiently plan for and manage every culinary detail for your event.
Overseeing cuisine by Bleu’s in- house kitchen and bakery is award- winning Executive Chef Vikram Garg. Chef Garg guides six chefs, each with their own specialty so we can produce high -end restaurant quality catering to budget catering. Our chefs come from the finest establishments from around the world, and have the ability to put a new twist on traditional dishes, world cuisines or any food presentation.
