Any event held on "The Lawn" will be subject to an event fee. The Lawn will be reserved for that event for the entire day. There is not a limit to the number of events held by one group.
 
Fees & Deposit
 
 
There is a $3000 Event fee to use "The Lawn." Must rent one of the two adjacent beach houses for accommodations to use "The Lawn."
