The garden deck has a beautifully lighted fountain, spa, and firepit area. The sun deck is a wide open 16 x 50 ft. expanse of decking suited for table placement, dancing, or sunbathing. The lowest level (court deck) is 6.5 x 50 and leads to the dramatic staircase down to the sand. It can be used for ceremonies, sunbathing, or shuffleboard. Use of the 1st floor of the home is included in the rental.
