The Sarasota Garden Club is located on more than an acre of beautiful maintained grounds with native and tropical plants. A courtyard garden with a waterfall and pond is surrounded by tropical trees and flowering plants and shrubs.
The Great Room is spacious (30 X 70) and features windows on three sides overlooking the gardens. The rental fee includes the use of folding chairs, folding card tables, 6 foot long tables, 8 foot long tables and 48 and 60 inch round tables.
The kitchen facilities for licensed and insured caterers include two large stoves with ovens, one microwave oven, one dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer.
Fees: All events use the following guidelines for rental fees which include tax. The facilities are available for rental 7 days a week:
Monday through Thursday:
1-2 hours $561.75
2-4 hours $775.75
5-8 hours 989.75
Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
1-2 hours $722.25
3-4 hours $989.75
5-8 hours $1310.75
Additional hours $107.00 per hour
Fee includes room set up and take down, use of tables and chairs, opening and closing the facility.
Refundable Security deposit of $500.00
